How do I give someone else access to my account?

You can allow someone else to trade on your CFD account by granting them power of attorney (POA).

The person you nominate must also hold an account with us. If they don’t already, they can apply online here.

Once the person you nominate holds an account, complete the Limited Power of Attorney form here. It details the functions that can be performed by the person you appoint, and the terms relating to this. It’s an important document, so please read it carefully.

You can email the completed form to clientlifecycle.ts@ig.com. We aim to have the POA set up on the same day as we've received it, however it can take longer. Ensure all information has been filled out on the form, as this will help prevent delays.
