Stock Trading Offer Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Stock Trading Sign-Up Promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Customer Agreement for your IG account. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflict with any provision of the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement shall prevail.
2. The Promotion is organised by IG Limited, authorised and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority under reference No. F001780 and whose registered address is 2702 & 2703 Level 27, Tower 2, Al Fattan Currency House, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “IG” or “our”).
3. The Promotion period commences at 9:00am UAE Standard Time on 14 October 2024 and concludes at 11:59pm UAE Standard Time on 30 November 2024 (“Promotion Period”). IG may elect to extend the Promotion Period in its sole discretion.
4. To be eligible for the Promotion, during the Promotion Period, you must:
   a. be over 21; and
   b. open a stock trading account with us; and
   c. make an initial deposit of $500 or more as a single transaction; and;
   d. place at least one trade using your stock trading account.
5. You must be a direct client of IG. If you have any introduction or introduction-type arrangement with IG or any IG group company, any accounts opened thereunder will not qualify for the Promotion.
6. You cannot participate in the Promotion if you are not eligible to open a stock trading account with us.
7. Within two weeks from the date of your first trade, a bonus of $100 (“Bonus”) will be credited to the stock trading account where you placed your initial deposit. Only one Bonus will be awarded per account. You cannot withdraw the Bonus from your account for a period of 30 days from the date it is credited to your account.
8. Only one account per person will be eligible for a Bonus. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not precluded from holding more than one account however any additional account is not eligible for a Bonus.
9. All accounts are subject to our standard account opening criteria and accounts are available subject to certain jurisdictional restrictions, and as such not all applicants will be successful in their application for an account.
10. If any restrictions apply to your account, your account may not be eligible for the Promotion until the restrictions have been lifted. Any restrictions that apply to a new account will be detailed in the email to the account holder upon account activation.
11. The Promotion is not open to employees of IG or any IG group company.
12. The Promotion and any obligations of IG pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from participants who abuse the spirit or intention of it. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Promotion at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the Promotion. Further, where any of these Terms and Conditions are breached, if we believe that any of the terms of your Customer Agreement with us have been breached in any way, you no longer have an account with IG or there is any reason to suspect a participant has acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage pursuant to this Promotion, we reserve the right to stop, withhold or cancel payment of the Bonus or to prevent any attempted withdrawal of the Bonus from your account.
13. To the extent a Bonus has been paid to you and we suspect any of these Terms and Conditions have been breached or you have acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage pursuant to this Promotion, you agree that we will be entitled to deduct an amount equivalent to the Bonus from any IG trading account that you hold with us.
14. We are the sole arbiter of the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions and any other issues arising under this Promotion. Exceptions to these Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of IG’s management, and our decision is final. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion or any aspect of it (including the Terms and Conditions) at any time and without prior notice.
15. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions that IG offers.
16. We will not be held liable for your inability to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Promotion or ability to trade as the result of any technical malfunction of the internet, IG’s trading platform, or your own computing system. You accept all risks associated with trading over the internet, mobile applications, and downloadable software.
17. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions, will be resolved by IG’s management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.
18. If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) will not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
19. If any tax is payable on the Bonus paid by us to you pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, this tax will be your liability and will not be incurred by us. If the law requires us to withhold this tax and settle with the relevant tax authority on your behalf, then we shall credit your Bonus to your account net of this tax.

21. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction to deal with matters arising under these Terms and Condition.
