How do I transfer funds between IG accounts?

You can transfer available funds between your IG accounts through the 'live accounts' tab on My IG or through the 'payments' section using your mobile app. 

Please note that If you have recently sold shares in your share dealing or ISA account and want to transfer the resulting proceeds to another IG account of yours, you will be required to wait for the settlement period, which typically takes 2 to 3 working days. After the settlement, the transferable funds will be visible in the 'available balances' section. 

For example, if you sell shares on Monday, you can transfer or withdraw your funds by Wednesday or Thursday. In the meantime, the value will appear as a credit to the same account should you wish to trade.
