When is the cutoff time for deposits?

Weekdays at 7:45 PM GMT  

*Please note that Daylight Savings time will affect this timeline. Please add an additional hour if you are reading this article between Sun, Mar 30, 2025 – Sun, Oct 26, 2025. 

Deposit requests submitted before 7:45 PM GMT on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) are processed the same day and are instantly credited to your trading account. The funds will be reflected in your account value (Net Liq)  and cash balance within one business day.  

Any deposit requests made after the cutoff time or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day and be reflected in your trading account’s value (Net Liq) and cash balance within two business days. 

Please note that deposits made via bank card or Apple Pay are instantly credited to your trading account .

Withdrawal Cutoff Times

When is the cutoff time for withdrawals? 

Weekdays at 7:45 PM GMT 

Withdrawal requests submitted before 7:45 PM GMT on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) will be processed the same day. Requests made after 7:45 PM GMT will be processed overnight or on the following business day. 

Any withdrawals made will be deducted from your trading account immediately. 

Understanding ‘Pending Cash’

Withdrawals made after the cutoff time will appear on the platform as ‘pending cash’ until the transaction is completed the following business day.
