How do I deposit funds into my US Options and futures account?

You can deposit funds using your card or through an inter-account transfer in the ‘live accounts’ tab on My IG desktop or through the 'payments' tab on the IG mobile trading app.

Our standard FX conversion fee is 0.8%, which is added to the best available exchange rate provided by several banks. To include our FX conversion fee, we first multiply the underlying exchange rate by 1.008. The base currency of US options and futures accounts is USD, requiring an automatic conversion of non-USD funds when deposited. For withdrawals, we typically return funds to the same bank, card, or PayPal account used to fund your account. Additional information may be required before processing a withdrawal request.
