How do I withdraw funds from my IG account?

To withdraw your funds, please log in to My IG, go to the ‘live accounts’ tab, and select ‘withdraw funds’. You’re able to withdraw funds as a bank transfer (assuming all anti-money laundering regulations have been met), or back to a card as a refund.

For first time withdrawals, a bank statement showing your initial deposit and your bank account details (name and bank account number) will be required for all first-time withdrawals. This can be in the form of either a statement or screenshot of your online banking. Please email this to helpdesk.za@ig.com
