Why haven’t I received my withdrawn funds?

Generally, bank withdrawals should be with you within 24 hours. If you request withdrawal before midday, funds should be with you on the afternoon of the day you withdrew between 2pm and 6pm (UK time).

If you’re refunding funds to your card, it’ll take your card issuer 2-5 working days to credit these back to your bank account.
