To deal using ProRealTime on:
- IG Trading platform
- Old platform
- My IG
1. Activate ProRealTime via ‘settings’ in My IG
2. On the platform, click your account name and select ‘ProRealTime’ in the dropdown
3. You can also access this from a chart, via the market name dropdown
4. Or in a list, by right-clicking on a market name
- Enable ProRealTime on your live accounts. Go to the ‘settings’ tab in My IG, click on ‘ProRealTime’, check the customer agreement and select ‘activate ProRealTime for live accounts’.
- Launch ProRealTime via the ‘tools’ menu at the top of the platform.
- Enable ProRealTime on your live accounts. Go to the ‘settings’ tab in My IG, click on ‘ProRealTime’, check the customer agreement and select ‘activate ProRealTime for live accounts’.
- Launch ProRealTime from the dashboard tab.
