Jon Noble

Chief Operating Officer at IG Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors at IG Bank S.A.
Jon Noble has considerable experience built over 20 years in the financial industry, having held various positions within IG Group. He started his career with IG as a Futures Dealer, and soon moved on to roles such as Head of Futures Trading, Dealing Director, and Dealing and Operations Director. He had been serving as Chief Information Officer for 7 years. Jon Noble currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at IG Group Holdings Plc. He is responsible for all Operations.

Jon Noble earned a BA in Economics with honors in 1998, and an Executive MBA from the London Business School. He serves as a Director for IG Group Holdings Plc.

Arthur Leigh Robertson

Independent member (Chairman ad interim) of the Board of Directors at IG Bank S.A.
Arthur Leigh Robertson is an international senior manager with extensive experience in banking and finance. He started his career at KPMG where he managed responsibilities for various banking and insurance clients. In 1994, he joined HSBC/Safra Republic as a Managing Director and General Manager.
At HSBC/Safra Republic, he held several senior management positions such as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer. From 1995 and 2011, he also had various Board of Director memberships and committee memberships at HSBC/Safra Republic. In 2012, Arthur Leigh Robertson joined EJS Investment Management SA and Safra SA as a Director where he oversees the wealth management of the Edmond J Safra Philanthropic Foundation.

Maurice Pedergnana

Independent member of the Board of Directors at IG Bank S.A.
Maurice Pedergnana works as lecturer and professor for Banking + Finance at
the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and mainly as chief economist at Zugerberg Finanz AG. He is
a former member of the BoD of Zurich Cantonal Bank as Chairman of the Audit Committee (1999-2011).

Maurice Pedergnana holds a PhD in Economics.

Richard Heading

Business Finance Director at IG Group and member of the Board of Directors at IG Bank S.A.
Richard Heading joined IG in 2018 from Willis Towers Watson where he served in various finance roles including Group Financial Controller, Group Chief Accounting Officer and CFO of the International Division. From 2003 to 2011, prior to his roles in the finance sphere, Richard worked in Compliance and Internal Audit at Willis Group, including 2 years as Group Compliance Director. Richard Heading is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Sarah Dipple

Group Financial Controller
Sarah Dipple is currently the Group Financial Controller of IG Group Holdings plc. Sarah started her professional career in the tax practice at PwC, and having joined IG in 2015, has held several positions within IG Group Finance. Sarah has accountability for the financial control and reporting processes of the Group, and attends the IG Group Holdings plc Board Audit Committee alongside the Group Chief Financial Officer.

Sarah read Economics at Cambridge University. Sarah is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Nasia Pachiti

IG Group General Counsel
Nasia Pachiti is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Before joining IG, she held various senior positions within Barclays Bank PLC, where she was the Head of EME Legal for the voice and electronic FX businesses, as well as the Emerging Markets and Treasury Markets divisions. She played a key role in setting up the trading relationships for Barclays' ring-fenced bank’s Treasury function. Earlier in her career, Nasia spent eight years at Simmons & Simmons, specializing in derivatives and structured products.

Nasia holds a BA and MA in Law from the University of Cambridge and an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from King’s College London.

Dorothée Borca Dumortier

Interim Chief Executive Officer at IG Bank S.A.
Dorothée Borca Dumortier is a seasoned finance executive with 20 years' experience in the industry. As interim CEO of IG Bank S.A., Dorothée leads the organization's strategic direction and overall business development. She previously served as the bank's Chief Commercial Officer, where she focused on commercial strategy while maintaining strong governance frameworks.

Prior to joining IG in 2020, she held senior leadership positions at HSBC Private Bank, focusing on UHNWI and institutional clients across Switzerland, Europe, the UK and the Middle East.

Dorothée holds an MBA with majors in International Law and Marketing, and a Master's in International Business. She has completed executive education in leadership at Harvard Business School and HEC Paris, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship at Stanford University. She is an active member of the Boardroom and 100 Women in Finance, and regularly appears in the press and as a keynote speaker on finance and D&I topics.

Myriam Bensaid

Head of Legal & Compliance, General Secretary at IG Bank S.A.
Myriam Bensaid is an expert in banking law and compliance. She has held various responsibilities since 2007 in the legal and compliance department of several renowned banking institutions. In 2017, she joined IG Bank S.A. as Head of Legal and Compliance, member of the Management Board and Secretary General to the Board of Directors.

She holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Compliance Management and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Finance Law from the University of Geneva and a master degree in Banking Law and Wealth Management from the University d'Aix Marseille III.

Milan Balugdzic

Chief Financial Officer / Chief Risk Officer at IG Bank S.A.
Milan Balugdzic has extensive professional experience in banking and finance area. The first 10 years of his career was spent as an external auditor in the international auditing firms, such as KPMG. Afterwards, he specialized in the financial and risk areas working for Swiss banks active in Private Wealth Management.

Milan graduated from the University of Geneva in 2000 and obtained his Swiss chartered accountant diploma in 2005. He joined IG Bank S.A. as Chief Financial and Chief Risk Officer in 2018.
