2nd referendum most likely says Brexiteer First Property CEO
Brexiteer and CEO of First Property, Ben Habib, says he is ‘sanguine’ towards a no-deal scenario exit.
Ben Habib argues a no deal Brexit wouldn’t be bad for the UK nor his business. Habib’s desired outcome from Brexit would be a resolution which takes the UK out of the EU ‘in a clean manner’. However, he believes the most likely scenario is for a second referendum – a no-deal Brexit versus remain, the outcome of which he says is 50-50. A leave referendum victory and a subsequent decline in the pound would be a short-term win-win, says Habib.
