How do I withdraw funds if I have encountered a problem?

In order to return funds to a different source than the one from which they were deposited, we’ll need to verify the card originally used to make your payments.

To do this, please provide us with a statement to verify the original source of funds. This could be in the form of a scanned copy, screenshot or photo, clearly showing:

  • Your full name
  • The bank account number
  • An original payment to IG
  • The bank’s logo or emblem

This is a one-off verification process per card you’ve used, and after it’s been successfully verified by our credit department the funds will be available to return to a different source.
