How do I set my preferences?

IG trading platform gives you more control than ever over how your deals are executed.

  • Go to ‘settings’ in the fly-out menu on the left. You can tell us to remember your last deal size and stop/limit distances per market.
  • Control how we execute opposing positions on the same market. We recommend netting off, but you can change your default setting to force open.
  • Choose to show advanced price and fill options on your deal tickets, or to remember your settings per market.
