We wish to highlight that banking facilities will be limited or unavailable during bank holidays. Your bank deposits and withdrawals may only be processed from the next working day.
Kindly be reminded to top up your account early and have sufficient funds on the account to avoid your account entering a margin call due to trading conditions. You may refer here for our margin call policy.
Should you urgently require your deposits to be credited during Bank Holidays, you may do so via card deposits or utilize the Proof of Payment facility.
To submit a proof of deposit, login to My IG > Live accounts > Send proof of payment.
For us to validate a proof of payment and credit the funds to your account, the document should at least include the following information:
• Date of transaction
• Transaction Amount and currency
• Your 5-alphanumeric IG account ID being quoted
• Showing IG as a recipient
Funds should only be deposited from a source bank account registered in your name.
