What’s the IG Club?
The IG Club offers personalised rewards and useful resources. We aim to give you the support and tools you need to achieve your trading goals and reward you for achieving them. The more you trade, the more you get rewarded.
How can I join the IG Club or who qualifies to join the club?
By opening an account with us, you automatically qualify for the Bronze tier which offers benefits such as 24/5 customer care and access to the KrisFlyer program. The more you trade, the higher you progress through our five tiers, each offering additional rewards.
Are there any costs associated with the IG Club?
No, there are no costs associated with the IG Club.
What are the benefits associated with the program?

How do I know which tier of rewards I qualify for?
When you log into your account, your tier will be clearly displayed on our platform or on your mobile app.
How do I upgrade my account tier?
Advancement through tiers is based on your total notional trading for the calendar quarter. At the end of each calendar quarter, we’ll review your trading history.
For example, any trading between 1st January and 31st March will contribute towards your points and determine the tier you are allocated to.
How have I been assigned my tier?
Your tier is based on your notional trading volume for the past three months, with weightage differing across asset classes. High weightage includes soft commodities and precious metals, low weightage includes forex and indices.
How long will I stay in my account tier?
Tiers were assigned to you in January 2025 based on your trading activities between October to December, and reviews take place at the end of every quarter. If you meet the next threshold, you will move up to the next tier. If you are unable to maintain trading levels for the tier, notifications will be given at the end of the quarter and you will have an additional quarter to meet the required trading volumes to maintain your benefits.
