How do I update my details?
You can update your contact details and change your username and password at any time. Simply log in to My IG and click on the ‘settings’ tab then choose the ‘personal details’ option.
Please note that changes to your name(s) or date of birth will require proof of identity for verification, and you will need to request this via email at helpdesk.uk@ig.com.
