We also take into account the information you provided when you set up your IG Smart Portfolio, including your knowledge and experience of investing, and your financial situation.

After you’ve selected your IG Smart Portfolio, we make decisions to buy and sell your investments on your behalf. This means we’re acting as your discretionary investment manager, and don’t have to ask for your consent for every transaction we make. Instead, you agree that we’ll take responsibility for your investments when you accept our terms and conditions. We manage your account with care and experience, and in accordance with the information you provided.
