We’re an integrated broker on TradingView, enabling clients to trade using our symbols and prices directly on the TradingView platform.

1. You’ll first need an active TradingView account (the free version is sufficient). If you don’t have one, you can create a free account here
2. Log in to your TradingView account, go to the ‘trading panel’ tab on the platform
3. Choose IG as your broker and you’ll be directed to open an IG account or connect your already-activated IG account

You can fund your TradingView account through My IG , using the same method as for other IG trading accounts. For more details on account funding, click here.

Yes, your TradingView username will be separate from your IG login details, so be sure to keep both credentials secure. Note that when logging into IG through the TradingView platform, you’ll need to use your IG login details.

Visit TradingView’s website to download the desktop version. Check their support resources for detailed installation instructions and troubleshooting.

Try logging out, restarting your browser and logging back in. If issues continue, clear your browser’s cache and check TradingView’s status page for any operational updates. If the problem persists, contact TradingView support.

TradingView’s password reset: Click on the "Forgot password" or "Can’t sign in" link on TradingView’s sign-in page to reset your credentials.

The price displayed on TradingView charts is based on the bid price. This includes both the current and historical data. Although TradingView mainly shows bid prices, you can add an indicative ask price line to your chart. To do this:

1. Right-click on the chart
2. Go to ‘settings’
3. Navigate to ‘scales and lines’
4. Select the option to display the ‘bid and ask’ lines

Trades placed on TradingView can be viewed and managed on our platform and vice versa. However, if a market is available on our platform but not on TradingView, it won’t appear on TradingView’s charts or in its ‘positions’ panel.
