What do I do if I have my login details?
If you’re able to log in to your account, follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Using a web browser, open our website
- Log in to your My IG dashboard
- Open the ‘settings’ tab
- Click on ‘username & password’
- Enter your new password
What do I do if I’ve lost my login details?
Desktop:
If you’ve lost or forgotten your login details, click on ‘forgotten your login details’, as shown below. Then, enter your registered email address to retrieve your login details. Your login details will be emailed to you shortly after your request. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have trouble locating them.
Mobile:
If you’ve lost or forgotten your login details, open the IG mobile trading app and tap on ‘forgotten your details’ on the login page. Then, follow the prompts to reset your password.
