How do I verify my Wise deposit?

We accept Wise deposit as an alternative method to your IG account. Please note that we aren’t associated with Wise and we advise you to check any associated costs before using its services.

If you have deposited from Wise USD account, kindly provide the following documents:

1. Wise USD statement showing key information including account number, account name and SWIFT code (refer to image A1)
2. Transaction confirmation receipt showing Wise transfer to IG (image A2)

If you have deposited directly from your bank accounts via Wise as remitter, kindly provide the following documents:

1. Receipt from your bank account showing transfer to Wise (image B1)
2. Bank statement of the bank used for this transaction showing key information including account number, account name showing funds going to WISE (image B2)
3. Transaction confirmation receipt showing Wise transfer to IG (image A2)
4. Wise USD statement / USD bank account statement showing key information including account number, account name and SWIFT code (image A1)

All documents are to be provided in PDF format

A1) Example of Wise USD statement clearly showing:

• Account Type - USD statement
• Your full name
• Account number
• Wire transfer number
• Bank code (Swift/BIC)
• Routing number
• Description - "Sent money to IG with XX amount"

A2) Example of transaction receipt showing the transfer to IG clearly showing:

• Account type from Wise - transfer confirmation
• Your details
• Transfer Overview - (Amount paid by, sent to and paid from)

B1) Example of bank transaction receipt showing the transfer to Wise account:

B2) Example of your bank statement, clearly showing:

• Bank logo
• Your full name
• Bank account number

Important information

• All deposits must come from the IG account owner – we don’t accept third-party deposits
• Enter your 5 alphanumeric IG account ID as the reference under ‘notes and messages to payee’
• To refer your IG account number, you can go to My IG > Live Accounts
• Should you transfer funds to us from a Wise account, we may need to see evidence of the transfer receipt and your Wise statement. Please send receipt to helpdesk.en@ig.com
