Daniel McCarthy has experience as a Portfolio Manager, handling currency exposure of Australia’s largest fund manager and developing currency overlay programs, as well as experience as a Portfolio Manager with the Global Government Bond Fund. Daniel has also worked as a Commercial Bank FX price maker and before moving to DailyFX, the partner site of IG offering leading FX news and analysis, Daniel managed private capital using various strategies across equities, FX, commodities and rates.
Daniel has a Master of Business in Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
