What are forex trading signals?
Forex trading signals are actionable ‘buy’ and ‘sell’ suggestions for your FX trades – eg ‘buy GBP/USD’. They’re triggered when certain chart patterns emerge, or key levels are met. You don’t have to follow the signals, but they could be useful in helping you to decide when to open and close your forex positions.
We source our signals from expert providers, and they fall into two categories:
- Technical signals offer chart analysis of your forex positions, as well as possible entry and exit points
- Fundamental signals offer concise forex market analysis, possible entry and exit points, support and resistance levels, and the provider’s level of confidence in the signal

Are forex signals reliable?
Our forex signals can be useful as a part of your overall strategy and analysis toolkit, but you shouldn’t rely on them in isolation. They’re provided by professionals in the analysis industry, which means you get access to expertly created signals while saving time and effort when doing your own technical and fundamental analysis.
It’s important to remember that using forex signals doesn’t guarantee a profit. What are technical forex signals?
Technical forex signals are trade recommendations based on in-depth chart analysis, giving you more insight into current market movements. Our technical forex trading signals are provided by Autochartist.
What’s the difference between a forex signal and a forex alert?
A forex signal is an actionable ‘buy’ or ‘sell’ suggestion on your FX trades, while a forex alert is a notification of a certain financial event or market occurrence. The main difference is that you can’t attach an alert to your order – ie you can’t action it automatically.
