To buy UiPath shares, you’d need to pay the full value of your position upfront as leverage isn’t available for investments. Without leverage, your initial outlay is higher, but your risk is also capped at the full value of your position, meaning that you’ll never lose more than the amount you paid. Suppose you bought one share worth £100, the maximum amount you stand to lose is £100 – but only if the share price falls to £0.
Remember that investments can rise or fall in value, so you may get back less than your initial outlay. If you bought a share worth £100 and the share price falls to £80, you’d lose £20, but if it rises to £120, you’d gain £20.
With us, you can invest in UiPath shares from zero commission if you opened at least three positions on your share dealing account in the previous month.

UiPath was founded as ‘DeskOver’ in 2005 by Daniel Dines and Marius Tîrcă. The company name change came in 2015, after releasing its first ‘Desktop Automation’ product line in 2013.
Having started out in Bucharest, UiPath expanded its operations in 2015 to several offices across Europe, Asia and North America. This international move came after the company received seed funding from a number of early investors. In 2017, UiPath moved its headquarters to New York City.
Now, with over 6300 customers and around 3000 employees, UiPath is the world’s leading robotic process automation (RPA) software company.
What is UiPath’s business model?
